Our client, an award-winning construction consultancy, are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Estimator to join their team of approx. 30 working from their Northampton Office. On offer is an excellent package with a salary of up to 70,000 DOE and 24-days holiday plus bank holidays. The Senior Estimator will have the chance to work across a broad range of residential and commercial projects with values ranging from 500,000 up to 16 million. The Senior Estimator will be assisting contractors through completing tenders and bills of quantities on projects.

Senior Estimator Job Overview

* Organize estimation files, complete tenders, and maintain detailed project records.
* Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure smooth tendering processes, while proactively following up on quotations.
* Perform accurate take-offs for residential and commercial projects, utilizing appropriate tools and software.
