- Oversee shift operations to ensure an efficient workflow within the warehouse environment.
- Support the Warehouse Operative team, ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet business demands.
- Work as part of the team, assisting with picking and general warehouse duties as required.
- Operate MHE equipment including Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and PPT.
- Ensure pick and pack operations meet agreed SLAs while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Manage safety procedures and optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
- Minimise stock loss by ensuring accurate put-away, replenishment, and bulk movements.
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintain a safe working environment, performing daily inspections and audits.
- Ensure warehouse operatives wear and use the appropriate PPE at all times.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and warehouse procedures.
- Valid & in-date FLT/MHE licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and PPT).
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising small teams or processes in a logistics setting.
- Drive and determination to meet and exceed SLAs and quality targets.
