We are recruiting for a company in Northampton who are currently undergoing impressive growth.

We are looking for Telesales Executives to join their expanding team.

We want to talk to self-motivated individuals who are used to working towards targets and agreed KPI's.

Ideally you would have experience of working as one of the following roles Sales Executive, Telesales, Internal Sales, Account Manager in a B2B sector.

Your responsibilities will include: ·

  • Targeting customers by making outbound calls to businesses.
  • Proactively follow up leads and ensure that targets and KPI's are met
  • Asking leading questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

We want to hear from you if you have:-

  • Experience in B2B Telesales would be advantageous however, candidates with call centre, sales, marketing and other related fields will be considered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and rapport building skills.
  • Patience, with the ability to empathise with customers.
  • Good numeracy skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Due to the remote location of this role, you will need to drive and have your own transport as it is not accessible via public transport.
