We’re looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our vibrant sales team in Northampton. This office-based role involves contacting potential clients, building relationships, and finding opportunities for our office furniture and interior design services. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our field sales team to develop and work with.

Our office is a great place to be, and the team is fun and brilliant. Your role would be varied, but amongst other things you would:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Verve Workspace’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their office furniture and design requirements.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and design teams to coordinate projects and close sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and closing sales.
  • Accurately maintain records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

We're looking for someone who can think outside the box to engage potential clients and tailor solutions to their needs.You'll need to be a dependabl, reliable individual who takes initiative and follows through. A natural communicator who can build rapport quickly and clearly present our products and services. It's important that you're someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, collaborative team. This is not a home based role.
