Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Northampton with their hiring for a Yard Assistant.
The client relocated at the start of this year to a new facility and are looking to grow their team with an experienced leader.
They are experts in water management and civils drainage. Their knowledgeable team provide products and technical advice to customers, providing them with a one stop shop.
You must have a Counter Balance licence in order to be considered for this opportunity.
Job Description
- You will be responsible for the day to day Assistance of the facility.
- Budgetary control of the branch costings.
- Responsibilities for customer and supplier safety on site.
- Learning about the product range and demonstrating understanding to customers and your team.
- You will develop a plan for branch improvement, and have the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
Requirements for consideration
- You'll be experienced in working in a small team, sales focused, understand branch operations (including H&S) and be customer centric.Â
- Excellent communicator.
- Willingness to learn about new products.
- Ability to inspire others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
