A primary school based in Northampton is recruiting a Year 4 Teacher to join their team as of the summer term. This is a full time role with the view to lead to a permanent contract.



The Role:

The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their full potential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Support the social and emotional development of students.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student progress.

  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.



Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably in Year 4.

  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
