A primary school based in Northampton is recruiting a Year 4 Teacher to join their team as of the summer term. This is a full time role with the view to lead to a permanent contract.
The Role:
The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support the social and emotional development of students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student progress.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching at the primary school level, preferably in Year 4.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
