Looking to excel in a new administrative role? We are looking for a talented and experienced Resourcing Administrator for a new, exciting role that's hard to miss out on. Responsibilities:

  • Updating employee's personal information on the CRM.
  • Providing additional administrative support when required.
  • Liaising with the payroll team, inputting hours, and making sure pay rates are correct for all employees and candidates.
  • Sending rotas when required.
  • On boarding all new starters and adhering to data protection and GDPR guidelines.
  • Amending and updating contractual information when needed.
  • Processing all candidate's sensitive information accurately and inputting this into the CRM for new starters and leavers.
  • Liaising with candidates regarding queries and concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Customer service experience preferable.
  • Positive team working attitude.
  • Confident in inbound & outbound telephone calls.
  • General administration experience.
