Landscape Operative
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 07:00am to 16:30pm
Pay Rate: 12.60PH
Location: Northampton, NN4 9RR
Manpower are looking for Landscape Operative to work for our client based out of Northampton. Working within a busy Hard Landscaping Department on new build show homes. Working in line with all company Health and Safety policy documents and procedures. Managing plant and equipment and carrying out daily checks, you will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
To succeed, you will need:
- Hold a full valid UK Driving License
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Willingness to learn & open to training
- Digger / excavator card would be an advantage
- Experience of performance management
- Undertake the successful implementation and completion of IDV's Show Home Schemes. To complete hard/soft landscaping tasks i.e. decking, slabbing, block paving, turfing and planting.
- Previous hard landscaping / new build show homes landscaping experience
