Position: Care Assistant (Days and Nights)
- Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
- Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available
- Bookings: Bookings are given a week in advance
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting within UK
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
- Mandatory training comepleted
- A valid and in-date DBS
- Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist healthcare professionals in implementing care plans and therapeutic activities
- Encourage patient independence and engagement in rehabilitation tasks
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any observations
