Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the night care team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and emotional well-being.
- Oversee care plans, ensuring they reflect residents' evolving needs.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).
- Strong experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, with the ability to lead shifts effectively.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
