About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.

- Provide support to individual students or small groups, fostering their learning and development.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.

- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent.

- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with children with special educational needs, is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
