About the Role:

Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in NN3. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting children's learning and development, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support the learning and development of all students, including those with SEN.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
Work closely with children to encourage their personal and academic growth.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
Understanding of the needs of SEN students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach and a genuine passion for education.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, TA qualification) are desirable but not essential.
