We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our clients team in January for an initial 3-month contract

What You'll Do:

  • As an HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining and updating employee records across HR systems.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process, including right-to-work checks and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Managing HR inboxes and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting the administration of employee lifecycle processes, such as contracts, changes, and leavers.
  • Assisting with absence management and tracking.
  • Generating reports and supporting HR projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR Admin or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
