The Role

This is a key role within the global HR function, responsible for developing and managing reward and benefits programmes that align with business strategy and market best practices. The successful candidate will ensure that reward frameworks are globally competitive, regionally relevant, and strategically aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of global reward processes, including annual pay reviews, incentive schemes, and benefits enrolment.
  • Develop and manage a global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with employee needs.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, advising senior stakeholders on reward policies and best practices across multiple regions.
  • Oversee job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and incentive plan structures to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Manage relationships with global brokers and third-party benefits providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with international reward regulations and emerging market trends, adapting policies accordingly.
  • Drive employee recognition and engagement initiatives, ensuring reward programmes contribute to retention and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Global reward experience - Strong understanding of multi-region reward and benefits frameworks, ideally across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
  • Benefits leadership - Proven experience designing and managing global benefits strategies and working with external providers.
  • Strategic mindset - Ability to align reward initiatives with business objectives and future workforce trends.
  • Stakeholder management - Strong experience influencing and partnering with senior HR and leadership teams in a complex, global environment.
  • Analytical and data-driven - Expertise in pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and reward analytics to support informed decision-making.
