- Lead the HR team, driving high-quality HR services across the business.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Implement and enhance performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and providing reports for executive meetings.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary environment,
- Experience of working in the Care, medical or complimenting sector desiredÂ
