Reporting to the HR Director of this small business services organisation, you will join a business that takes its service levels seriously but doesnt take itself too seriously; youll find a warm culture and an environment that finds the sweet spot of professionalism, accountability and empathy.

Not a huge organisation, you will benefit from the simplicity in their ways of working and not the challenges of bureaucratic corporates. Owed to the appointment of a new HR Director earlier this year, youll take on a role that requires day to day HR oversight, and opportunity to play a role in delivery of a wide range of HR projects. Youll be responsible for the entirety of the employee lifecycle; recruitment and onboarding, policy, offboarding, performance, engagement etc. and will deputise in the HR Directors absence.

Key projects you can expect to play a role in delivery of over the next 12 months are: development of new performance management programme, establishing new KPIs and what good looks like against a suite of newly established values and skills gap analysis to support workforce planning initiatives.

Were looking for HR generalists that are comfortable working in an SME business environment and thrive in such an environment that, by nature, creates a varied work week. Youll need to be organised and able to manage multiple priorities but, critically, be a strong communicator given the remote nature of the role.
