I am looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join my client’s team for a 12-month maternity cover based in Northampton. If you are passionate about HR and ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

?? Implement and update local HR policies, processes, and procedures

?? Support management in resolving employee relations issues

?? Collaborate with global HR to implement relevant processes

?? Stay updated with local employment legislation and HR best practices

Talent Acquisition & Management:

?? Manage the recruitment process and ensure compliance

?? Enable line managers to find the right talent

?? Source and identify practical recruitment solutions

?? Implement talent management processes and support internal development

Annual HR Processes:

?? Manage and support the annual appraisal system

?? Educate staff and managers on effective use of the system

?? Oversee the annual salary review process and monitor market rates

HRIS, Reporting & Ad Hoc Projects:

?? Implement and manage SuccessFactors

?? Provide quarterly global HR reports

?? Support all HR-related projects
