Our client, a well-established organisation based in NN4, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a 3-month contract starting in January 2025. This role offers a great blend of office-based collaboration and the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
  • Supporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives in line with business objectives.
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Collaborating with managers to coach and support them in implementing best HR practices.
  • Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Confident in handling ER cases and providing practical advice to managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
