Job Duties:
  • Providing HR advice and support to employees and management

  • Implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
  • Providing guidance on HR best practises
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
