Sonic Summary

Our client is undergoing a significant transformation project and is seeking multiple HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support this initiative.
This is a hybrid position requiring four days of remote work and one day on-site each week in Northamptonshire.
Candidates must have recent public sector experience, specifically from local authorities, NHS, Fire & Rescue, or Police services.
Extensive experience with TUPE processes is essential, and applicants must be CIPD qualified at Level 5 or higher.
These roles are classified as inside IR35 contracts, and the salary has not been explicitly stated.

Our client is currently going through a large transformation and change project and requires multiple HRBP's to assist. This is a hybrid role with 4 days remote and 1 day per week on site. To be considered it is essential that you have recent public sector experience from either local authority / NHS / Fire & Rescue / Police.

It is also necessary for the successful candidates to have extensive experience Tupe processes.
