INTERIM REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in Northamptonshire. This role offers an attractive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, plus car allowance.

  • Design, develop and implement HR solutions within the HR framework that add value and deliver required business changes in a legally compliant, expedient and cost-effective manner.
  • Drive improvements in business performance through effective people management solutions
  • The successful candidate will act as first point of contact for all people-related matters
  • This is a multi-site role, in which you will be working across 8 different sites, which includes Desborough, Burton Latimer and other Northants locations.

What you'll do:

As an Interim Regional HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements and business performance, and a chance to design and implement effective people management solutions.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Provide HR Advice to Site Manager and their Management Teams
  • Work closely with Site Manager to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered
  • Ensure under-performance is addressed using appropriate policies
  • Regularly review trends in ER matters to identify potential issues
  • Work closely with Occupational Health to effectively manage long term sickness cases
  • Effectively manage the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities
  • Delivery of projects in line with legal obligations and company values

What you bring:

In this HR Business Partner role, you will bring a wealth of HR legislative understanding and knowledge. You will have proven experience in advising on HR associated matters such as grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence etc. Your experience in organisational change will be invaluable.
