HR Business Partner Location: CorbyEmployment: Full-Time | On-Site | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Why This Role?You'll be the strategic HR partner to creative stakeholders across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Technology, and Sourcing. Your role will be to ensure these teams are engaged, high-performing, and supported by thoughtful, tailored people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior creative leaders, supporting people strategy, team design, and succession planning
- Drive engagement initiatives that inspire and retain creative talent
- Use data, insights, and systems to improve employee experience and shape business decisions
- Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
- Lead and facilitate performance, wellbeing, and development-focused workshops
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally supporting creative, product-led, or retail teams
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align people plans with business goals
- Confidence in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
- A curious, solutions-driven approach, with the ability to challenge and improve existing ways of working
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to product or retail environments
- Interest in consumer trends, branding, or creative industries
- Experience working in matrixed, fast-moving organisations
