Why This Role?You'll be the strategic HR partner to creative stakeholders across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Technology, and Sourcing. Your role will be to ensure these teams are engaged, high-performing, and supported by thoughtful, tailored people solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior creative leaders, supporting people strategy, team design, and succession planning
  • Drive engagement initiatives that inspire and retain creative talent
  • Use data, insights, and systems to improve employee experience and shape business decisions
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
  • Lead and facilitate performance, wellbeing, and development-focused workshops

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally supporting creative, product-led, or retail teams
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to align people plans with business goals
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A curious, solutions-driven approach, with the ability to challenge and improve existing ways of working
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to product or retail environments
  • Interest in consumer trends, branding, or creative industries
  • Experience working in matrixed, fast-moving organisations
