Description
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Handle complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, and retirement
- Oversee recruitment efforts for the department
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Support change management processes
- Lead on specific HR projects
- Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements
Profile
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- Professional HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior HR role within the Retail sector
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Offer
