We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients dynamic team for a period of 4-6 months. The role will involve strategic and operational human resources duties in a retail environment.

Description

  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues

  • Handle complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absences, and retirement
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for the department
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • Professional HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
  • Experience in a senior HR role within the Retail sector
