Role Overview:As the Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop team, ensuring high-quality service delivery for IT and EPOS systems. You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support, while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a key role within the organisation, requiring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians in an IT and EPOS workshop environment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for IT systems and EPOS hardware/software.
  • Oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of IT and EPOS systems for clients.
  • Ensure the team meets performance targets, service levels, and deadlines.
  • Manage the prioritisation of work orders, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain inventory and manage the ordering of necessary parts and equipment for repairs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT and EPOS systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an IT or EPOS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and EPOS solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
