IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our client at the Northamptonshire site.

Description

* Provide technical assistance to computer system users.* Answer user inquiries regarding software or hardware issues and resolve problems.* Perform remote software installations and hardware testing.* Detect and troubleshoot errors by reading technical manuals and conducting diagnostics.* Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.* Respond to user inquiries and resolve software or hardware issues* Install software and perform hardware testing remotely* Verify system operations and detect errors* Maintain accurate records of daily activities and issues resolved* Consult technical manuals and conduct diagnostics to provide support

Profile

• Experience in a similar IT support role
• Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10), Active Directory (basic knowledge), DNS, DHCP, printing services, hardware configuration, and software troubleshooting
• Previous exposure to networking and a background in manufacturing are beneficial but not mandatory
