- Create, update, and maintain product specifications.
- Monitor raw materials for compliance.
- Maintain site certifications (BRC, RT, Organic, BMPA).
- Conduct internal audits and manage testing schedules.
- Investigate quality concerns and contribute to action plans.
- Ensure staff have necessary training and hygiene knowledge.
- Complete Due Diligence records and supplier files.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations.
- Experience within a food manufacturing business, quality/technical department
- Well versed writing technical specifications/manuals
- A good understanding of HACCP and BRC audits
