  • Create, update, and maintain product specifications.
  • Monitor raw materials for compliance.
  • Maintain site certifications (BRC, RT, Organic, BMPA).
  • Conduct internal audits and manage testing schedules.
  • Investigate quality concerns and contribute to action plans.
  • Ensure staff have necessary training and hygiene knowledge.
  • Complete Due Diligence records and supplier files.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Technical AssistantEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience within a food manufacturing business, quality/technical department
  • Well versed writing technical specifications/manuals
  • A good understanding of HACCP and BRC audits
