Systems & Reporting LeadNorthamptonshirePermanent: £50,000 Per Annum Plus Package

We are supporting a client who are recruiting a Systems & Reporting Lead, responsible for process improvement and the development of business cases in collaboration with the on site teams. The main objective will be to improve cost and service delivery by implementing customer-focused initiatives and driving continuous improvement using business tools. You will also be responsible for analysing current reporting streams and developing new ones to enhance information flow and reduce redundant data entries.

Responsibilities of the Systems & Reporting Lead:

  • Demonstrate customer-focused objectives to improve cost and service delivery, utilising the Six Sigma process.
  • Create and drive business cases to reduce cost and enhance customer experience.
  • Prioritise workload based on customer feedback and demands to push initiatives forward.
  • Analyse current reporting streams and develop new reporting streams to improve information dissemination and minimise redundant data entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational efficiency's and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's systems, processes, and data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet their needs.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate data insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and reporting.

Skills required for the Systems & Reporting Lead:

  • Experience in computer sciences and Six Sigma is desirable.
  • Ability to gather and present data in a transparent manner that can be understood by individuals at various levels.
  • Proficiency in using JDA WMS at a front end user level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in fast-paced operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
