The role

To provide essential support to a portfolio of IT projects, working with the IT departmental resources and the more expansive Charity to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of successfully delivering projects also:

  • Reviewing progress with Internal and partner Project Managers
  • Coordinate project reporting, holding weekly review meetings and issuing portfolio project reporting to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Facilitate the project delivery by taking responsibility for allocated project tasks.
  • Communicate with the charity on IT project rollout and delivery, network outages, and ward and office works.
  • Tracking project interdependencies and reporting on progress.
  • Raising and tracking project purchase orders
  • Collating and updating portfolio-level risks and issues.
  • Maintaining portfolio budget trackers
  • Maintaining portfolio schedules
  • Highlighting issues for escalation
  • Assisting with project delivery where required

A bit about you

You will have experience in IT project delivery working with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 applications.

Strong project budget management in excess of £1m along with multiple entire lifecycle implementations
