What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of escalation for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues swiftly.
- Mentor and guide your team, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, managing resources and tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle project costs, monitor budgets, and keep all stakeholders up to date with progress.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Manage client expectations, document scope changes, and ensure any new charges are approved before proceeding.
- Take ownership of any issues that arise, leading them to resolution and keeping stakeholders informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- A strong technical background, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Experience in managing complex projects, handling issues, and building mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings and ensure their satisfaction at every stage.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
