I am currently assisting a client who requires an IT Support Analyst with 1st/2nd line support background/experience to help cover sickness within the IT team. They are a manufacturing and logistics-based business needing core technical support as well as some bespoke software/application (which you will gain training on).Â
Job description/overview/key tech stack;
Knowledge of:
1. Windows and Office 365
2. Network and Servers
3. Hardware, including PC’s, Laptops and Printers
4. Apple and Android based mobile phones
5. Office based Telephony
Day to day tasks include:
1. Answering calls
2. Assisting users in person where possible
3. Liaising with Senior Support Analyst with any issues that may not be understood
4. Going through our daily checks, (Checking 365 logins, checking Printers for errors, checking the Backups)
