We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Administrator to join a newly formed Facilities team, to provide help administrative/data entry support working closely with the Head of Facilities and Estates.
What You'll Do:
Update spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM software dailyOversee the entire job lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring everything is trackedCreate new sites in the CRM Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionallyIdentify challenges, provide solutions, and contribute to process improvements
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a maintenance/facilities coordinator, planner or administratorStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with different teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyProficiency in FM Databases (no preference)
