Provide technical support (server, desktop, networking infrastructure)
Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish
Work within an ITIL-aligned environment to achieve SLAs and KPIs
Assist with security vulnerability remediation and project tasks
Become the technical lead for key customers, advising on IT improvements

Skills Required:

Strong experience with Microsoft OS, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and networking services
Hands-on M365, Intune, and cloud-based IaaS/PaaS
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
