This hybrid role offers the chance to provide technical support and deliver solutions across various technologies while expanding your skills and career.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support (server, desktop, networking infrastructure)
  • Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish
  • Work within an ITIL-aligned environment to achieve SLAs and KPIs
  • Assist with security vulnerability remediation and project tasks
  • Become the technical lead for key customers, advising on IT improvements

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft OS, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and networking services
  • Hands-on M365, Intune, and cloud-based IaaS/PaaS
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
