Key Responsibilities

• Implement data security solutions, including backups and antivirus management.

• Keep up to date with emerging technologies to enhance IT support solutions.

IT Support Engineer Jobs - Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in IT support roles, ideally in a multi-site environment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and network configurations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
