Staffline is recruiting for Team Leaders in Northampton.
The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour
This is a full-time role working rotational shifts, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2.30pm
- 2pm to 10.30pm
Your Time at Work
As a Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Receipt of Goods - Previous experience receipting and processing Inbound stock
- Quality control - Ability to identify and control the presentation and stacking of stock
- System control - Maintain accurate records of the Inbound status via our Inbound system
- Health and Safety - Enforce Health and Safety regulations and in house best practice to keep all colleagues safe
- Management - Previous experience managing a team of up to 10 people
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Team Leader will have:
- Proven experience In a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
