Experienced Insurance Sales ConsultantNorthampton£24,000 - £28,000 DOEMonday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm ( 1 in 4 Saturdays )Our multiple award-winning client in the Insurance industry are looking for experienced sales consultants to join their team in Northampton. They are keen to hear from people with a background in insurance, that understand the sales lifecycle with great service and communication skills.Key Duties:
  • Work as part of a team of experienced consultant handling new business enquiries
  • Providing quotations based on customers’ needs and requirements
  • This is a phone-based team, servicing both and in and outbound calls
  • Reaching out to people that have enquired via their marketing campaigns, website or e-mail.
  • Understand customer/clients’ needs and present solutions based on their requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • You will be confident, positive and have an outgoing personality.
  • You will have worked in an insurance environment and ideally some experience of selling.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach
  • The ability to work within a friendly team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Good numeracy and literacy
