A Junior / Trainee Insurance Sales Consultant position is available in Northampton with a salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
The role requires candidates to have experience in service or sales, or a strong desire to enter the sales field.
Key responsibilities include handling new business enquiries, providing quotations, and managing both inbound and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with one Saturday shift every four weeks.

They are keen to hear from people with a background in service, sales or are keen to get into a role within sales, with an outgoing personality and well rounded communication skills.Key Duties:

Work as part of a team of experienced consultant handling new business enquiries
Providing quotations based on customers’ needs and requirements
This is a phone-based team, servicing both and in and outbound calls
Reaching out to people that have enquired via their marketing campaigns, website or e-mail.
Understand customer/clients’ needs and present solutions based on their requirements.
