Head of Insurance Operations

Salary - £80,000
We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for someone to head up the Operations side of the business.
The Role:
- You will be overseeing the day-to-day business operations to optimise operational efficiency
- Lead organisational change management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop & execute growth strategies
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Enhance leadership & team development
- Drive technological innovation
- Implement sustainable business practices
- Ensuring adequate administrative & reporting procedures in place
- Deliver operational excellence via IT systems
The Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of FCA and the Insurance Industry.
