The Role – IT Field Service Engineer, Windows / Linux
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Field Service Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
Your Background – IT Field Service Engineer, Windows / Linux
To be considered for this role you should have:
- A strong background in an IT field service engineer or IT technical support role
- Windows knowledge, server and workstation management and configuration
- Linux knowledge
- General networking skills
- Basic understanding of virtualization and storage technologies
- SQL knowledge is a plus
