We provide specialist mental healthcare and deliver a range of inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve lives.

The Role
The role is to provide ongoing technical support to both on-premise SAP and Success Factors systems. The objectives are to keep the applications and any integrations stable, secure and optimised to their full potential to support the key business functions that rely on them.
To achieve the above you will need to work closely with the other members of the SAP support team, the wider IT department, SAP support partners & business users when required. The role will ideally suit an individual with a good baseline technical understanding of SAP and Basis Administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing monitoring of the SAP application, associated servers and integrations to proactively identify issues early to limit impact on the business.
- Break/Fix & Incident Support of the SAP application suite – SuccessFactors, ECC6, Enterprise Portal, MDM & Content Server, supporting predominantly Finance, HR, L&D & Procurement.
- Client refreshes of the quality environments on a periodic basis
- Work with Information Security Team and support partners to address vulnerabilities with the SAP application itself and/or supporting software/hardware.
- Apply patches/upgrades as and when required.
- Input into projects where required.
- Ensure the application complies with the policies that govern IT systems at all times.
- Risk Management
- Maintain support documentation and any other associated artefacts.
About you
You will have good experience working with SAP systems and ideally have worked with ECC6 and Success Factors too. Experience with Basis, ABAP and SQL would also very advantageous too. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about working with systems like SAP and be keen to learn and develop the skills and knowledge you already have.
