The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher who specialises in either French, Spanish or German to join their MFL department. The successful candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching languages, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and the ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in French, Spanish or German that encourage linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.
-Create an inclusive learning environment that fosters communication, collaboration, and a love for language learning.
-Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
-Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the MFL department.
-Actively participate in language-related extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications:

-A relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
-Demonstrated experience in teaching French, Spanish, and German at the secondary school level.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in all three languages.
-A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay current with educational best practices.
-An Enhanced DBS on the update service.
