Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of property and regeneration matters
- Contribute to major projects by offering sound legal counsel and innovative solutions
- Manage a diverse and complex legal caseload
- Prepare instructions and briefs for external legal advisers and counsel
- Deputise for the Principal Lawyer and support the management of the legal team
Person Specification
- Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
- Demonstrable experience in providing legal advice on property and regeneration matters.
- In-depth knowledge of local authority legislation.
