THE ROLE:The appointed Solicitor will manage an exciting and diverse portfolio of high-profile commercial cases, with opportunities to work on international work. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, as well as providing advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. This role is fully office-based due to the nature of the team setup.THE CANDIDATE:The firm is considering applications from individuals who are newly qualified or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience, gained either at national firms or reputable niche firms.
