My client is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their law firm as a Senior Associate or as a Junior Partner in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

The firms growing team works with local, regional and national clients; supporting them with all aspects of their business. They're looking for someone with a broad understanding of the commercial and legal needs of corporate clients and experience in advising on: corporate structures; acquisition and growth strategies; succession planning; mergers and joint ventures; restructures and demergers; commercial contracts; and corporate governance. You will have entrepreneurial instincts and spirit and be used to collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines, clients and other firms and advisers. You will be well connected professionally and adept at networking and driving business development.

You will be advising on the following:

• Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals• Succession Planning• Employee Share Schemes including EMIs, EBTs and EOTs• Restructuring and Demergers• Finance Documents• Governance Documents including Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association and Partnership Agreements• Commercial Contracts• Franchising
