The Role

- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including M&A, restructures, and investments
- Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and internal networking
- Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
- Work closely with a national network of sector-leading corporate experts
- Share knowledge and contribute to best practices across the wider corporate group
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Experience leading client relationships and managing transactions
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
- Interest in mentoring and growing talent within a team
