We are proud to be representing a top ranked and prestigious law firm in Northampton seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate solicitor to join them permanently. This is a full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial cases
- Dealing with acquisitions and mergers
- Advising on commercial contracts and finance documentation
- Employee share schemes and Governance documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Corporate Commercial Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Package:
- Competitive salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
