Employment Lawyer
Salary: £43,000 - £56,750 per annum

About the Employment Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for an Employment Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government. The role is to specifically provide legal advice and services to client organisations and schools on a wide range of litigation matters comprising mainly of employment matters.
Key Responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer role:
- To act as a legal advisor to the client organisations
- You will provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases, to include: employment tribunals, discrimination cases, unfair dismissals and TUPE matters
- Attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required and to represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in matters regarding the areas of legal practice relevant to the post
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to work from 1 of their 3 offices in central Northampton, Bedford or Cambridge 1 day per week.
