About the Family Law Solicitor role:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Northampton. Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor or a Senior/Associate-level professional, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload, including:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Property and financial settlements
    • Children issues and care arrangements
    • Trusts of land
    • Pre/post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements
    • Non-molestation applications
  • If at a senior level, provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Work independently, taking cases from initial instruction through to completion

About You:

  • Ideally, 1+ year PQE, but we are open to candidates at all experience levels, including those at Senior/Associate level
  • Experience handling a range of family law matters independently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload effectively
  • If applying at a senior level, a willingness to mentor junior team members
