We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to take on an exciting role with genuine scope for career development.Whether you are 1 year PQE or a seasoned Senior Associate, this opportunity offers the chance to work on a varied caseload while contributing to the mentoring and development of junior team members (if appropriate).Key Responsibilities:As part of the Family Law team, you will handle a broad range of matters, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements and property issues
  • Children matters
  • Trusts of Land (TOLATA)
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Non-molestation applications
