The ideal candidate will have a background in a city or medium/large provincial practice with strong commercial, practical, and financial awareness. This role involves working with a high-calibre client base, primarily entrepreneurs, company directors, and shareholders so experience handling high net worth matters is essential.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and marketing skills, with the ability to build client relationships and communicate confidently at senior levels. A strong academic background and a clear ambition for career progression are also required.   • Dealing with HNW clients and handling complex Tax Planning, Wills and Wealth Protection issues
  • Lasting powers of attorney
  • Trusts, Trust Corporations and Family Investment Companies
  • High Value Probates including foreign element and experience of claiming BPR and APR
  • Key knowledge of tax and Inheritance tax planning
  • Complex Tax Planning
  • Trusts (creation, administration)
  • Administration of estates with foreign elements
  • Corporate/Commercial awareness
  • A proven track record in business development and a strong desire to play a key part in maintaining the firm’s profile
